A Forest Walk at Delamere Forest!  

Friday 7th November  10am – 12.30pm (and you can stay for lunch in the café after if you fancy )

We’ll enjoy a gentle forest stroll with some relaxing forest bathing — perfect for switching off and recharging.

Then there’s an optional arrow-breaking activity  — a powerful little experience to help you step through any blocks and feel unstoppable!

It’s a collaboration with Womanifest & Cheshire Ladies Walking Group, and it’s going to be such a gorgeous morning of connection, empowerment, and calm.
