Womanifest is a bold, uplifting movement created to honour, celebrate, and elevate women and teen girls in all their strength, complexity, and brilliance.
At its heart, it exists to accelerate real progress towards equality by creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and unstoppable.
Everything we do is guided by our mission: to inspire, empower, educate, liberate, and entertain women and teen girls. These five pillars sit at the core of every experience we create, shaping a community built on growth, joy, knowledge, and freedom.
This is more than an event, it’s a call to action, a community, and a catalyst for change.
Womanifest stands for doing things differently bringing women together not just to be inspired, but to rise, lead, support one another, and create lasting impact. The future is shaped by what we choose to do now.
We’re building a guilt-free army of strong, self-aware, unapologetic women who know who they are, what they want, and how to go after it, without shrinking to fit in. This is about claiming your space, stepping into your power, and declaring your truth out loud.
And just as importantly, it’s about paving the way for our daughters, nieces, granddaughters, and students. They need us to model what’s possible. They need us to show them how to rise. We owe it to them to create the opportunities we didn’t have - and to be the role models we wish we’d seen.

Lisa Williams
The Vision Board Queen
A trained vision board facilitator who works with businesses to create the blueprints for their dream life and the freedom they desire, Lisa has achieved several of her visionary dreams, from her dream wedding to her beautiful rainbow baby. Lisa is extremely passionate about Vision boards and the law of attraction
Since 2013, Lisa has been immersed in the field of Event Planning, orchestrating events and wedding fairs with her robust organisational skills, innovative creativity, and proficiency in social media and public relations. Lisa now specialises in vision boards, but has a huge network of clients from varied backgrounds.
Lisa is a Best-selling Author, Podcast host, NLP and journaling therapy practitioner.
Lisa has been to every single Womanifest event since we began in 2020. Lisa has big visions for the future of Womanifest and is excited to bring these to life.
Tracy Cawthray
Independent Scentsy Consultant - Home Scents By Tracy
Based in Denbigh, North Wales, Tracy has a strong background in teaching children with special needs and brings valuable skills in communication, patience, and collaboration - qualities that fuel her passion for supporting women and being part of a team. Her commitment to empowering others aligns seamlessly with the ethos of Womanifest, a festival designed to uplift and inspire women.
Since discovering Scentsy in July 2020, she has grown her business around their safe, innovative home fragrance products, all while maintaining the flexibility to care for her grandchildren.
Tracy is a testament to team growth and empowerment, which she will bring to forefront at Womanifest.
Sara Hughes
The Crystal Fairy Godmother
Sara has built her business since September 2023 after giving up her 8-year NWM business as she was no longer aligned. She stepped away with 8 years of incredible business skills.
Sara's passion for crystals developed during lockdown. Now, she is a fully qualified crystal healer. When Sara began, her passion was created to support children using crystals.
Having 3 children herself and a stepdaughter who all loved crystals but struggling to find child focused crystal sets, Sara decided to bring these to life herself.
Sara's dedication to supporting women and children will be a central focus in her role on the Womanifest team.
Alongside her business ventures, Sara also works full-time in the corporate sector, where her expertise and network will be valuable assets in driving Womanifest's growth.
