Stalls & Shopping Village Vibes
All stalls will be located inside our bustling marquee, protected from the weather and full of festival energy. This year’s Shopping Village will be buzzing more than ever!
Stall Options
We’ve created two stall sizes to support businesses at every stage:
Large Stall (3m x 1.5m) – Just £199 + VAT for the full weekend
Small Stall (2m x 1.5m) – Just £149 + VAT for the full weekend
You will be required to bring your own table and chair. Please make sure this fits the allocated space.
Please note: Power will not be available in the marquee this year.
Your stall comes with a complimentary festival ticket for yourself, if you require a guest ticket please email sara@womanifest.co.uk and we can add on a guest ticket for you for a small fee.
You can secure your space with a £30 deposit, full payment will be required by February 2027. Once you have applied and been accepted the deposit will be due in 14 days.

Note: We can’t guarantee exclusivity for your niche, but we’ll cap it at a maximum of three similar businesses per category where possible.
Food Vendors - We want you too
Our food zone will be set around the main tipi area - a high-traffic spot full of hungry, happy women! We’re looking for a range of delicious options, such as:
