All stalls will be located inside our bustling marquee, protected from the weather and full of festival energy. This year’s Shopping Village will be buzzing more than ever!

Terms & Conditions

Stall Options

We’ve created two stall sizes to support businesses at every stage:

Large Stall (3m x 1.5m) – Just £195 for the full weekend
Small Stall (2m x 1.5m) – Just £144 for the full weekend

You will be required to bring your own table and chair. Please make sure this fits the allocated space.

Please note: Power will not be available in the marquee this year.

Your stall comes with a complimentary festival ticket for yourself, if you require a guest ticket please email info@womanifest.co.uk and we can add on a guest ticket for you for a small fee.

You can secure your space now for £30 deposit, full payment will be required by February 2026. (If you wish to pay in full now please email and we will raise and invoice.)
