Has childcare been one of the things stopping you come to Womanifest?
We have GREAT news! Brand new for 2026, we are now able to offer an onsite childcare provision - run by the awesome VIP Kids Squad.
The VIP Kids Squad provide custom event childcare and recently hosted The Big Mini Festoon back in October. Helen and her team have 25+ years experience in childcare and the family entertainment industry, so your children will be in the safest hands.
Helen has also been our resident EcoGlitter artist at Womanifest for 3 years.
The Festival Club will open 9.15am – 5pm across both days of the event. Children aged 5-10 years are welcome to sign up and enjoy their own creative, mindfulness & active sessions in an exclusive area just for them.
Cost: A one off fee of £40 for both days; it works out around £2.60 per hour for qualified childcare and tailored entertainment.
We do what we can to help our guests here at Womanifest and hope this opportunity allows more of you to join us this year.

The Details
​Drop your mini ones off when you arrive, you enjoy Womanifest and collect when you are ready to go!!

*Drop off from 9.15am and pick up by 5pm both days
*Children must be 5+ on the day of the event.
*Pack spare clothes, a jumper, refillable water bottle, sun cream and a hat.
*You can provide a packed lunch (no nut products) or sign your child out to share a lunch break on site.
*We will have water and suitable snacks available throughout the day.
*All medications and additional support must be discussed prior to the event.
*A maximum of 20 child places are available. Ratio 1:10, 2 staff members at all times.

Q&A
Q- Will I be able to pick my child up and take them to sessions with me?
No, children will not be allowed in workshops, or talks however they can come with your to the food area for lunch and walk around the shopping village.

Q- What if I need to leave earlier?
You can sign your child out at any time

Q- What if my child gets upset?
The staff are fully trained to deal with these situations and if they need to they will have your contact details to contact you.
