The Resilient Kid/Teen is a team of coaches and therapists supporting children, teens, and families to build confidence, emotional strength, and real-life resilience. Founded by psychotherapist, TEDx speaker, and author Ashley Costello, the programme blends brain-smart tools with practical strategies to help young people understand their emotions, set healthy boundaries, and feel more confident in who they are. In the Teen Tent at Womanifest, our team is creating a safe, supportive space where teens feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
